There are ways you can craft banners for cam sites in such a way that they drive both clicks and sales. I know you cam sponsor guys think you're special and that you can't really use banners to promote cams well, since your business model is different. But that doesn't say that it doesn't work, it only proves that whoever you've seen sending you traffic using banners doesn't know how to make good ones.

Waste of time. Why would I risk my money pushing you and *maybe* make $100/member revshare over the next year, when I could do the same with a solid PPS sponsor and make $150+/member and get paid in two weeks?

Sorry buddy, that's not how business works. We're in this for the money, not to tickle our egos by proving wrong a glorified affiliate manager.

Of course. The problem is, if you send traffic using media buys, you cannot go about sinking money into buying traffic for six months, before you even get to break even. That's why Barry has no clue how banners can be used for immediate conversions, as his program only offers revshare.

Every whale I know that does media buying not only makes their own banners, they make their own landing pages.

Im thinking about the 5 biggest guys I know off the top of my head (all do over 100 sales a day each) and they ALL make their own stuff.

WHY ????? The programs have designers, they are capable of making the same stuff....

Answer: Programs on PPS or PPL are more focused on dealing with the user once that first submit button is hit. Media buyers spending 6 figures a month spend a LOT of time testing one creative / landing page vs another and fine tuning to bring back a positive ROI.

We are interested in diversified growth and trust me, we do buy our own media, with our own money, at our own risk, and do just fine with our long term income. "Banners" are not even in the equation in these pursuits.

We give $80 PPS, it is "ok" for today's times I think, today whales are more rare and most the other guys care a lot how much they spend. A few years ago I would have paid out $150+ PPS gladly, but really I was giving just $75-$100 depending on affiliate's signups per period.
About banners and cams, note that most cam banners are iframe banners of the live girls, something you can't do with prerecorded content sites. Really we don't provide iframe banners, used to consume too much bandwidth if put on tubes or cj sites for so low conversion, it costed us more of hosting than of paying affiliate. Now bandwidth is more cheap but we're fine without iframe banners still, our affiliates mostly use chatty methods.
