Every whale I know that does media buying not only makes their own banners, they make their own landing pages.
Im thinking about the 5 biggest guys I know off the top of my head (all do over 100 sales a day each) and they ALL make their own stuff.

WHY ????? The programs have designers, they are capable of making the same stuff....
Answer: Programs on PPS or PPL are more focused on dealing with the user once that first submit button is hit. Media buyers spending 6 figures a month spend a LOT of time testing one creative / landing page vs another and fine tuning to bring back a positive ROI.
