I almost always cringe when I watch other people use a computer. Even people that use a desktop or laptop for hours every day, the amount of energy and wasted repetitive motions that 95% of people who don't know their keyboard shortcuts expend in interfacing with their computer is shocking to me. It must be so fatiguing on the body and mind to work so inefficiently.

What are the most common shortcuts that you are surprised to see not used by people?
I am at desktop computer every day for hours for years and barely use any shortcuts or keyboard at all. So I would be interested to get some pointers and maybe implement some good shortcuts in my daily use.
