I almost always cringe when I watch other people use a computer. Even people that use a desktop or laptop for hours every day, the amount of energy and wasted repetitive motions that 95% of people who don't know their keyboard shortcuts expend in interfacing with their computer is shocking to me. It must be so fatiguing on the body and mind to work so inefficiently.
