The astonishing thing here is that she can find a lawyer willing to pursue this preposterous suit. Just proves that some lawyers will do anything for money. I hope the judge will toss this out and make her pay all the costs

The family of the boy killed initially launched a $900k lawsuit against the driver despite this:
