The astonishing thing here is that she can find a lawyer willing to pursue this preposterous suit. Just proves that some lawyers will do anything for money. I hope the judge will toss this out and make her pay all the costs -
If she wasn't speeding, texting, drunk and they just shot right out in front of her I could see it. If it was her fault then fucked up to sue who you ran over.
