So let's see. According to MrPopup, everytime I post here, it becomes content on GFY and is therefore the intellectual property of GFY. I don't remember being presented Terms and Conditions at signup saying that by posting here, my thoughts/opinions/questions will no longer be my intellectual property.

Also, he proceeded to libel Ludedude as a theif, and threaten to steal content off of many of our sites.

At the same time, by posting an excerpt of the DMCA from someone else's site, he was therefore stealing intellectual property from that site, who was in turn stealing intellectual property from the writers of the DMCA.

I'm not so sure about that bro. We did agree to Terms and Conditions. God knows what could have been in there. But I do believe that by posting here we do give Adult.com some, if not all, rights to our words.

I have a pretty good idea about what is going wrong for the people who aren't getting any posts. As soon as I get a chance I'll take a crack at fixing it. I'll drop you an email then.

I spoke with Mike and he gave me the go-ahead to actually clean this thing up and make it readily available with a few minor tweaks.

-I am going to take down the installer until I make the requested changes, but it WILL BE BACK.

-I have an idea what is going on for those of you who aren't getting any posts in there, so I'll try to work that out.

-I have some other sexy tweaks in mind which I'll add if I get time

-If there is a HUGE amount of demand, I will port this to some Mac friendly form. HUGE, mind you.

But he is giving it too. Think about it! I don´t have the application installed, but if I had, and saw a topic I liked, I would click it and go to GFY. Otherwise I could not even enter GFY that day, just to see if there are any nice threads. I could just look at the bar...

I think only Lensman can say what he thinks. If any user did something of this type, for free, for one of my sites, I would thank him, even if this can reduce homepage views, it sure brings a lot of other views to good threads.

And regardless what ANYONE says, it is content theft, brand devaluation, and a violation of intellectual property rights to build a piece of software, tool, whatever, without first getting permission from the owner to manipulate THEIR content.

I think the software app is cool. I think the guy who made it is cool for making it. He went out of his way to do it for people and obviously it rocks. Cry all you want, IGNORE me whatever you want to do but the bottom line is he needed permission first.

He now has it and I hope the project continues.
