Zombaio your time is coming.
WE DO NOT WORK FOR ZOMBAIO, AND I'M GOD DAM SICK AND TIRED OF BEING A FUCKING VICTIM. Isn't there some type of governing body in Europe that oversees banking institutions? How can a business be allowed to withhold public funds without any penalty? How can Zombaio be above the law? When you bounce a check, the bank is all over your ass with fees. But Zombaio, a major credit card processor, can withhold public funds at random without any responsibility or accountability? It doesn't make any consumer sense. There has to be some type of agency that can move in and put an end to this madness. Surely banks just don't hand out credit card processing businesses to jack asses that make up their own rules about funds disbursement. There must be some controlling entity in charge that oversees Zombaio. We must find that entity and lean on them to get Zombaio to perform. Once contact is made, their identity can be posted here and hundreds of consumers can send emails and complaints to get Zombaio audited and either set straight or closed down. It's time we stop whining about Zombaio and actually do something. If not, it's just a matter of time before they squirrel away all pending payouts and shut down without notice leaving everybody holding their flacid dicks in their hands while reading all the new "I told you so" threads written by webmasters that jumped ship months ago. |

As has been said to you more than once before, if the negatives of Zombaio's often erratic payouts outweigh the positives of their rates and no annual visa and mastercard fees then switch your processing to somebody else. It is hardly rocket science is it? When you bang your head against a wall and find that it hurts, continuing to do it over and over again indicates that you are either stupid or that you like the pain that comes from it. Epoch are a good choice as a replacement. They don't hold a 5% cash reserve, which from a cashflow point of view helps offset their higher rates and they pay weekly on time every time. They also offer a lot more payment options for customers than Zombaio do. Zombaio is not for everybody. They are clearly not for you so do something about it..... and stop using them.

The essence of the matter is, it's really really hard to get satisfaction in matters like these because companies often operate in different countries under a completely different jurisdiction and set of regulatory guidelines (I forget where Zombaio is, but I'm pretty sure it's not US/UK/Germany). But you can speak up by simply not doing business with them, it's not hard, there are other processors out there with well-documented strengths and weaknesses. If Zombaio falls beneath a certain baseline of service and product, they'll have to shape up or lose all their clients and go under.

These mother fuckers have to be held accountable. It's not just a matter of finding a new processor. I love how all the defenders blame 'the complainers' and hold no ill will against the mother fucking thieves that feel entitled to keep other people's money. Theft is theft. Borrowing money without asking is theft. When Zombiao doesn't payout, they are borrowing my money without my consent.

If I ever decide that Zombaio's increasing inefficiencies exceed their ever reducing positives I will stop using them. It will be my decision, and if I make it too late, it will be my fault. Whatever happens, I doubt that my self esteem will feel so low that I need to garner sympathy from GFY by making a thread about it though, so don't hold your breath. Oh, and you should see a doctor about that vein throbbing in your forehead man.

 | Zombaio is (allegedly) a Swedish based company. From their footer: Zombaio Payment Services, Ltd. IOMS AB and Cawen Financial Group On another page, Zombaio is listed as their "DBA" name. There's several regulatory like agencies within Sweden/Europe that would serve to file complaints against them: http://www.arn.se/English/English/ - The National Board for Consumer Disputes. However their "value limitations" are under $200 USD so they wouldn't assist with larger webmasters. They list some information near the bottom regarding non-Swedish citizens in disputing with Swedish companies: Quote:
http://www.konsumenteuropa.se/ http://www.konsumentverket.se/otherlanguages/English/ I think a better starting place would be alerting Visa to what they're doing. It's important to note I was unable to find "Zombaio", "IOMS" or "Cawen' in their Global Registry of Service Providers (including their European site) -- which would be required if they process more than 300,000 transactions per year. I'd be surprised if they didn't as that's only 850 or so transactions per day. [email protected] [email protected] - Two Visa emails to contact them regarding them to find out more information and find out what rules/regulations they may be violating. It's also important to understand that this isn't limited to Zombaio. Who their acquiring bank(s) is, is really important. For all we know, Zombaio has had good intentions and their bank is screwing them over. Their lack of transparency might suggest otherwise but it's still a possibility. I'm not exactly sure how we would find out who their acquiring bank is. You'd have to sign up to a Zombaio website (not your own, it will reject the transaction) then call your CC company and try to get them to divulge what bank processed the transaction. Once we found out who their acquiring bank is, we can contact them to see what they have to say, if anything. I don't think until Zombaio actually starts terminating accounts or goes out of business and tries to run with the money, you'd be able to take legal action against them or attempt to recover lost funds. Keep in mind in their agreement you signed, it states they can basically be as late as possible as they want with payouts and it's within the terms of the agreement. Also within the terms, the right for Zombaio to terminate the agreement at any time for any reason. Also within their terms, they can hold your money for 9 months. However, at the bottom it talks about which of their terms are actually enforceable. So no, Zombaio can't wait 10 years to pay you out and still be within their legal agreement. I think realistically, if Zombaio starts stealing people's money -- the best option is going to be coming together to take legal action. We process really high volume with them so I can't say it hasn't crossed my mind. Also to mention, their misc. locations in other countries are phonies. Their California address is occupied by "Spotlight Pages" Spotlight Pages 800 W El Camino Real #180 Mountain View, CA 94040 I think Zombaio probably just rented them out for a little while to get the addresses then vacated and didn't update their site (creating the illusion they have more employees than they do, and operate in locations they don't). Not to mention, their website still says payments are staggered 20 days after processed. I'm just hoping this has a good ending... PS I also think it's a good idea for webmasters to start taking screenshots and hypercam screencasts of them logging into their accounts, viewing their payments page, going through the transaction history/reports, as well. If Zombaio just goes offline, good luck proving to anyone (even if you use your own membership management script) how much money they owe you exactly. I also save the transaction reports via CSV which contains all of the customer data (first/last names, transaction dates, etc). Better safe than sorry.

 | You people criticizing the OP act as if we all have TONS of options for credit card processing. Many of us are small business people...we're models, managing our own sites..we don't have some big company or deep pockets behind us, so it's hard for us to pay the ridiculous fees most processors charge. We chose Zombaio because there were no start-up fees, the processing rate USED to be low, and their system is easy to implement. Now we're getting screwed. Telling us to just go elsewhere--that's a nice simplistic point of view, but not as easy as you all are making it sound. Because my last payout was almost 2 weeks late, I've suspended engaging in any cc transactions until I can move everything over to a different service provider, or just redo my entire payment methodology, which is a giant pain in the ass. AND I'm losing money because I have a lot of horny guys I recruited off Pornhub who are hot to order cam shows with me, but the only payment option I feel comfortable using right now is Paypal. How's that for IRONY. |

No matter how you try to spin it, it's completely unacceptable. The thing is, we no longer send new sales to zombaio, and have accounts with nearly every other processor out there (ccbill, epoch, verotel, 2 merchant accounts inside netbilling, GX BIll, and working on segpay too). But you know what none of those other billers can do? They can't send us the money we already have wrapped up in zombaio through rebills; so the entire argument of "just find another processor then" fails no matter how you try to twist shit. Lastly, the number 1 reason companies can get away with doing shit like this is because of people like you, defending their actions and trying to twist shit around and placing blame on the actual victims in this nonsense. Bottom line. It is OUR money. It is not zombaios money. There is absolutely no excuse, justification or viable reason that a company handling payment processing refuses to get us our money on time. Only in the adult industry is this shit acceptable.
