I know the feeling I noticed i have gained some extra weight It from sitting at the computer all day I tend to mucnh much more....get up and walk away from the machine! I started walking last to try and get back to where i was 175 lbs!!

Like anything in life.... avoid the shortcuts. Work is where it's at.

Like most of the people replyed... lower your caloric intake... and increae your exercise. Weight lifting to tone your muscles, and cardio such as running, cycling, walking, swiming, areobics to actually lose the weight.

Im not just blowing smoke out my ass.... I live by this recipe. I have to keep a constant "healthy" weight for the sport I do.

Well i am starting to walk a few miles a day...i used to run all the time so I am hoping to get back to it once i am able to walk and not feel so winded...the point was get up from your machine once in awhile even walking is better then nothing

depends on how bad you really want to lose weight. If it really matters to you to see the needle on the scale move to the left - chop off a leg. That's gotta be a good 15 pounds there. After that i would proceed carefully, if you chop off the other leg you're going to be rolling around on one of those boards with wheels for the rest of your life. So chop off one of your arms. You'll still be ambulatory, learn to hop good.

I'm finally starting a 20 minute workout every morning with a couple of the other girls in the office. We have all these workout tapes and do a different one every morning before work. It's a lot of fun and helps to clear the mind.

The base is to reduce your calories, easy tips are to drink lots and lots of water, 1ltr in the am before you get started on your day (it will drive you crazy the first few days then you'll feel crappy when you don't drink it) keep some bottled water by your pc and keep sipping all the time, another goody is to make up a big batch of veggie soup and keep snacking on it rather than high fat/cal snacks, you'll never feel hungry and you'll get lots of good vitamins with it
