Like most of the people replyed... lower your caloric intake... and increae your exercise. Weight lifting to tone your muscles, and cardio such as running, cycling, walking, swiming, areobics to actually lose the weight. Im not just blowing smoke out my ass.... I live by this recipe. 	My Cornnuts/Dr.Pepper/Chewy Chips Ahoy diet isn't going over to well. However I do drink a protien JambaJuice and a Tiger's milk bar probably twice a day.  |

 The base is to reduce your calories, easy tips are to drink lots and lots of water, 1ltr in the am before you get started on your day (it will drive you crazy the first few days then you'll feel crappy when you don't drink it) keep some bottled water by your pc and keep sipping all the time, another goody is to make up a big batch of veggie soup and keep snacking on it rather than high fat/cal snacks, you'll never feel hungry and you'll get lots of good vitamins with it :)
