As an affiliate, what do you want to see in a programs FAQ section?

Obviously the basics like how much you will be paid, how you can send traffic, etc...

What else?

This is true however I tend to view program FAQ pages as a bullet list of information about a specific program, not necessarily for just generic 'how do I' or 'Am I allowed to' questions.

One page that lists pertinent information, payouts, whats gonna get me banned, can I bid on certain keywords, etc...

that's why there's "affiliate manager" that should exist. Listing lots of FAQ's is not really necessary.

Covering the rules of doing business with you, what kinds of traffic you accept, what words can't we use, that kind of stuff. Most can be generic these days.

think about that

It saves time for everyone.

Start with a basic list. Every time an affiliate asks you a standard question, add it to the list. In a year, you should have almost everything covered.

My advice is to put your payout schedule in there so affiliates can easily remind themselves of when they should be looking out for their payments.

I'm happy to help affiliates with basic program questions but I've found that many like to have some of the bare bones stuff at their fingertips rather than having to reach out for an answer.
