where i can get this stuff
1. ukash vouchers online
 2. private ip (uk based) that can used via http proxy/port browser configuration or alternatively i can purchase a vps that will allow me to install vpn on it and try to ssh with my laptop then route all connected devices outcoming traffic to the remote server my main goal is making portable device establish connection to remote server and use the proxy - btw its not possible to use (ad-hoc ) i dont have wired any service/hosting that offer easy steps to complete this ? for now i know a helpful ssh tool but i have never had an access to vps or installed a vpn on server tnx
