      It's called an animated gif image. A little known format, rarely used and even more rarely seen on the Interweb. As I understand, they are most commonly made by banging two computers together.

                                              1- if u look good at the gif u will find some images are out of the correct frame position.
                                              2-others layers has diff colors than background .
                                              3. the flashing trick i don't know how artist improve it .
