my main goal is making portable device establish connection to remote server and use the proxy - btw its not possible to use (ad-hoc ) i dont have wired

any service/hosting that offer easy steps to complete this ?

for now i know a helpful ssh tool but i have never had an access to vps or installed a vpn on server
