Man, just started using this stuff and it really works great. Gives you a pretty sweet energy buzz inside too.

Anyone else tried this? Its Ephedrine free by the way.

i took a Xenadrine RFA last night and got chest pains. I got cayenne pepper pills today and they're pretty good.

RFA is the old version with Ephedrine. The new one doesn't have that in it.

If you have ANY history of even MILD bi-polarism, it can push you in to a psychotic episode from which you may or may not recover...found this out from my doctor AFTER I had been taking it for a week...

It's still got speed in it. It's not the Ephedrine that kills people.. its what is does to your heart. If you have heart problems, or will have heart problems someday... speeding yourself up like that is a good way to uncover them

No and I wouldn't touch the shit because of what could happen. Its like a happy placebo pill to me. You still have to get your diet in check and exercise to be healthy, rather than yo yo dieting all the time.

Cutting back on calories, exercising 5-10 miles plus per day plus aerobics workout.

A girl friend of mine recommended it to help with the cravings and it dropped weight off her in weeks vs. months. She looks hot as fuck now and is perfectly trim so I got really inspired by her results.

Aiming for 180. I was up to 225 got down to 199 then bellied back up again got down to 215 then went back up again to 230.

My downfall is eating at nice restaurants and munching candy while I'm on the PC.
