Cutting back on calories, exercising 5-10 miles plus per day plus aerobics workout.
A girl friend of mine recommended it to help with the cravings and it dropped weight off her in weeks vs. months. She looks hot as fuck now and is perfectly trim so I got really inspired by her results.
Aiming for 180. I was up to 225 got down to 199 then bellied back up again got down to 215 then went back up again to 230.
My downfall is eating at nice restaurants and munching candy while I'm on the PC.
