Anyone using Xenadrine EFX for weight loss?
Man, just started using this stuff and it really works great. Gives you a pretty sweet energy buzz inside too. :Graucho
Anyone else tried this? Its Ephedrine free by the way. |
I use to use it, the energy buzz stars to go away after you take it a few months
|
i took a Xenadrine RFA last night and got chest pains. I got cayenne pepper pills today and they're pretty good.

That's not a 'sweet energy buzz', that's Ephedrine trying to pop your heart. :( Eat less, exercise more. |

If you have ANY history of even MILD bi-polarism, it can push you in to a psychotic episode from which you may or may not recover...found this out from my doctor AFTER I had been taking it for a week...
|
I need to lose like 20-30 pounds. I might get lipo. It's supposed to be very safe now.

It's still got speed in it. It's not the Ephedrine that kills people.. its what is does to your heart. If you have heart problems, or will have heart problems someday... speeding yourself up like that is a good way to uncover them :thumbsup I guess if your system is used to stimulants maybe you'll be ok... like if you drink lots of coffee or sodas or something all day. Anyway heres the list of EFX's proprietary blend: Proprietary Thermodyne? Complex?1415 mg Tyroplex? (proprietary blend of l-tyrosine and acetyl-l-tyrosine), Green Tea Extract (standardized for epigallocatechin gallate, caffeine, and polyphenols), Seropro? (proprietary cocoa extract standardized for PEA (phenylethylamine), tyramine and theobromine), Yerba Mate (standardized for caffeine and methylxanthines), di-Methionine, Ginger Root (standardized for gingerols), Isotherm? (proprietary blend of 3,3',4',5-7 pentahydroxyflavone and 3,3',4',7-tetrahydroxy-flavone), Bitter Orange (standardized for synephrine, n-methyltyramine, hordenine, octopamine, and tyramine), DMAE (2-dimethylaminoethanol), Grape Seed Extract (standardized for catechins). Still.. eating less & exercising more is the way to go I think. |
I like fat girls :Graucho
anything that works great within effort... isn't good for your health... EXCERCISE!! :thumbsup |
Quick someones signature has a 468x60 banner in it, thats too big ya better delete theirs too.
Regards, Lee |
It actually works real good for a hangover cure.

No and I wouldn't touch the shit because of what could happen. Its like a happy placebo pill to me. You still have to get your diet in check and exercise to be healthy, rather than yo yo dieting all the time.

Cutting back on calories, exercising 5-10 miles plus per day plus aerobics workout.
A girl friend of mine recommended it to help with the cravings and it dropped weight off her in weeks vs. months. She looks hot as fuck now and is perfectly trim so I got really inspired by her results. Aiming for 180. I was up to 225 got down to 199 then bellied back up again got down to 215 then went back up again to 230. My downfall is eating at nice restaurants and munching candy while I'm on the PC. |
try exercising

I'm on the new Caramilk diet.. Eat a family size (185 grams) Caramilk bar every night before you go to bed... This is second night I'm on it.. and it's going great... Your teeth might start to hurt though! Mine do a bit..
