So Iron Mike Tyson or the equivalent attacks me, starts beating me for no reason or while committing a crime and I can only use my fists? Sounds fair. Sounds very California. . |
So what did the guy in the SUV do to piss of these crotch rockets?
I've had people cut me off while I was riding in a funeral, I've had a stupid bitch change lanes not seeing me because she had a towel hanging on her window, the list just grows and grows, riding a bike you see stupid shit every day. I rode 600 miles today, from home to Vegas and back to sign a contract. It was fun and no serious bullshit. Riding around the Valley, I have idiots that got their licence in a Craker Jacks changing 3 lanes at once. This is why we have loud pipes We give a rap on the engine and you should hear us, unless you are breaking the law by having ear buds in your ears. We split lanes because Harleys are air cooled and we need to go at least 25 miles an hour to keep from over heating. I've rode in a pack and had people honk their horn as they try to cut in between us. I think this ass hat did something stupid and put his family in danger. Don't piss in the wind and expect to stay dry! |

Says it started when the SUV clipped a rider and broke the riders leg This is before they stopped the SUV |

I dont give a shit who you are. Other than law enforcement, if someone tries to slow down or stop your vehicle or try and change your course you should run them over immediately.
You have a duty to protect you and yours. It's pretty fucking simple. I dont know why his door was unlocked and I dont know why he didnt power brake reverse and forward over those guys. If that was me there would be a bunch of skinny bikers getting scraped up. |

why?
that's like saying if your on a bike don't be stupid enough to think your bike is gonna stop a SUV Quote:
|
talking about breaking the law by using earphones, then you try to justify splitting lanes ..that's pretty lame

Road rules where I live...
You usually get into less trouble and it's less expensive if you actually back over and kill the person you just ran over. If they live, it's a legal mess and very expensive. If they die, it's faster and costs less to settle. Jail time usually depends on the class of person you killed or if you have the money to pay off the family or not. For example, you're drunk driving like a dickhead and kill someone. Lets say the guy killed is a factory worker. Give his family $1500 - $30,000 USD, and they let it go. Price usually depends on the earnings of the one killed, how poor or wealthy the family is, and if the driver / killer is a local or foreigner. There are always exceptions, but that is generally how it plays out unless it's a media spectacle. |

Incidents like this is why I outfitted my vehicle with 3/16" steel plate bumpers front and rear. I'd be running those fuckers flatter than piss on a plate and would just come home and touch them up with some flat black rustoleum.

yup, all of those criminal bikers should be run over by motorists. that behavior certainly deserves torture, mutilation and death.
in fact, all aggressive bikers are fair game to be run over and killed by anybody in a car and especially anyone in an suv. same with bicyclists and pedestrians that get in the way. we should also speed up to run over jaywalkers. fuck that shit, run em over, this is my chunk of concrete. |

The assholes in this thread that wanted him crushed got their wish I watched the video, no one was attacking the SUV, he said he had a slashed tire? Probably got cut on the bikes he ran over because he saw too many episodes of Sons of Anarchy. |

I have synthetic in my bike, but common sense would dictate that a 25 mph breeze is going to be better for my bike. My mechanic is the one that said 25 mph. Loud pipes I have seen several times the benefit of having moderately loud pipes. Drivers know you are there, that's why I have all 3 lights on when I'm driving and why I'm getting the brighter LED lights later |
as a rider who's logged millions of miles on 2 wheels... everyone of those bikers should be arrested

Cruz is not the biker that got injured, but the one that caused the incident ...

this incident i a bit like a road rage one : stupid. |

:thumbsup:thumbsup As someone that only rode motorcycles and didn't even own a car for over 20 years, I think that the bikers were completely in the wrong. They are not allowed to take over a road, they have no authority to try to stop or slow down other vehicles.... swarming all around them and then by slamming on their brakes right in front of them, thus causing an accident. And at that point, when they swarm around the SUV in a threatening manner, I would, (with my kid and wife in the truck), gun it and go right through them, and frankly, if they had all been chasing as occurred in this case, I would have been side swiping them at speed in order to protect my wife and child from the possibility that one of them had a gun. AND the guy was on the phone with police before the first biker was even hit. There is a reason that the SUV guy is not being charged and the bikers are.... It's because they were wrong all the way. :2 cents: . |
Mob mentality that got completely out of hand.

There is going to be a legal fight over this I like how they use the word "gang" to make it look worse |

He's fleeing for his life essentially. They ended up pulling him out of the car in the city, beating him and slashing his face. Can you imagine what would have happened out on that highway if we stayed? |
Quote:
Look I'm not saying the bikers had the right to pull to a stop in the middle of traffic, but I didn't see in the video anyone attacking the SUV till later after the SUV had driven over someone. As far as the arrests, the police were already looking for a reason to arrest them, that doesn't mean a thing. There is going to be some big law suits over this |

the biker got what he deserved; same can be said for the guy in the suv. for ever action there is a reaction.
