PayPal sends banking information to the US Federal Reserve?
Okay...excuse my ignorance...but did anyone realize that all international paypal transactions are processed through the U.S Federal Reserve?
So basically if you are a foreign webmaster (thank god i am not), all your banking information is logged and processed by the US Gov't. Anyone can set me straight on this? Is that why some countries are banned from some Affiliate programs?
