PayPal sends banking information to the US Federal Reserve?
 

Okay...excuse my ignorance...but did anyone realize that all international paypal transactions are processed through the U.S Federal Reserve?

So basically if you are a foreign webmaster (thank god i am not), all your banking information is logged and processed by the US Gov't. Anyone can set me straight on this?

Is that why some countries are banned from some Affiliate programs?

Why would that be bad for foreign webmasters?

sorry...i guess it would be bad for anyone who does high volume via paypal (i.e. sharing business info)

Why do people expect to pass millions through US and not pay a dime on it?

Hmmm.... I guess they would know anyway about all transactions considering they are the "US FEDERAL RESERVE"

When the administration shuts down the top 30 guys in porn, I guess they can search for financial impropreity just by examining the PayPal records....

I guess Im the stupid one because i never really thought about it. Here i was thinking PayPal had the huge assets of a traditional bricks and mortar banks when basically all they are is a money flipper.
