well.. generally people go by precedent

if you look at what people were killed for during the Nuremberg trials, you can understand a little more about why the 'war criminal' word gets passed around, and why bush is regulated to travelling to Alberta

If we could go thru a list of individuals who've been actually charged & convicted of such in the 20th century and look at their deeds, you'd see there's absolutely no comparison.

it's not a one liner, it's an example of how the argument is reserved for children

and 'as distasteful and inhumane' abu graib was, there is documentated proof those orders came directly from the Secretary of Defense, and these crimes don't stop there

I have books about the Nuremberg trials as well as DVDs.

Going to war in itself is not a crime - not in any shape or form. A war crime is intentionally murdering a civilian, or putting them into slave labor camps. The mere act of sending troops into a foreign country is not a war crime.
