Oh yes, Bush was repulsive & left both the USA & the world in a worse place than before he was elected, no arguments there. And as I mentioned, Abu Ghraib was fucked up both morally & legally.
But again it's the silly Bush-is-guilty-of-War-Crimes chorus that's annoying. Look at those that have actually been convincted of them by international courts and you'll see what actually constitutes "war crimes".
