The point is - as distasteful & inhumane as Abu Graib was - that kind of stuff is unfortunately not out of the ordinary, so all this talk of Charge Bush With War Crimes is just silly. If we could go thru a list of individuals who've been actually charged & convicted of such in the 20th century and look at their deeds, you'd see there's absolutely no comparison.
