Thanks for the props. Its a calculated risk. I have 3 other mainstream companies that I split my time with. For someone that was putting all the money they had or something like that it would be a scary situation.

I doubt I will have anything like an affiliate program for atleast a year. I doubt I will make enough money in that time to support something worthwhile. But its on the idea list. The thing with this is that I catch myself dreaming of an adult empire but lets be realistic, I need years of experience and good people before anything like that can happen, atleast something that I can be proud of.. I have all the possible angles for expansion on a board on a wall in my office but for now I am just trying to get this studio to produce the revenue i believe it can make. One step at a time.

Yep, you are exactly right. Once a model works for me for one month they will get a solo site built for them, setup for ecommerce (videos, pics, panties, wishlist, etc). Loaded with affiliate links. I think that this will be vital to my bottom line. "Stars" obviously getting more promotion. I am new to the studio game but marketing and sales are similar no matter what market you are in. thanks

Could be true, i wouldn´t know ( Dont know her) but my point of view is that a solo site for a model that is good is a no brainer. The cost is minimal, especially if i rotate like 3 designs for all the models with just color changes, etc. Couple hundred bucks and I would be good to go. I think the ROI for that would definately make it worth it.

The other thing is the help it would give to morale. They all want to be a STAR, and what better way to say it than telling them that they are so hot and important that I want to create a website just to promote them.

MFC and other token based sites are basically beggar training camps. I put my new models on MFC only and I mean ONLY to let them loose up and break the ice.

I do not wish to taint their promotional period on "pay to play" sites like SM. I use MFC as my "break in" site because people on MFC are relatively friendly.

Once the model is "relaxed" about camming and knows the ropes, I wait for the 1-st in the moth to come before opening a new account. You do not want to put a new girl on a new site at the end of the month where everybody is broke, and she does not have regular customers yet. Keep this detail in mind it will help you a lot with new models.

Install minimum work hours, mine is 1800 minutes/week. To get paid the must work 1800 min/week. If she works 1799 and does not have a good excuse I do not pay her. Models respect me for this because I made it all to clear to them that this is a business and not fucking around.

Do not open a big studio. Forget 100girls +. Your internet connection does not support it. I have optical 1GB upload and it sounds nice only on paper...Theoretically it should be able to support 100+ girls but with splitcamming and added stress from music and facebook (good luck making them just work and not screw around) its about 20 girls top....if you do not have optical but just cable then you are really fucked!!!

no wireless, no ISDN, no mobile net just cable or optic...nothing else will work and optic is your best bet naturally...if you use wireless at all you will lose a ton of money...

Do not go for quantity of girls this leads nowhere. Try to minimize the # of girls you employ and go for quality only.

100 random girls bring 100 problems but not all of them make bank

10 select girls bring less problems but ALL make bank

as for private or indy shows if you do not drive your own traffic in a serious way, just forget it...if you do traffic then fire away its good $$$ but takes time and not all girls are worth promoting...

also if you think this is one of them "plug and play" type of businesses you are very wrong...lots of work to be done and 90% of it is brainwashing the girls in to adopting a work ethic and not relying on their looks to get along in life...be prepared to become a motivational speaker, guru, cam boss and pimp at the same time...

thanks for all your advice. Yeah, i have no beliefs that this is a plug and play business, I have been working 16 hour days 7 days a week for acouple months to get to the point i am now, and and i have only been live for a week or so. Im not some loser that has a big dream and no business knowledge or work ethic. I do my homework and continue to learn in everything i do. I like the challenge, as long as i can see a payout. They models are obviously the most complicated factor but i have a solid team, policy, and a pretty large pool of potential models. I can be relatively choosy about which models i work worth.

I thought the same thing but surprisingly there isnt much bleed over, almost nothing. Maybe its the mics, or the background music but i havent heard another model bleed over. I was really worried about it. might be an issue when I expand. I built a few free standing foam eggcrate partitions but havent needed to put them in the booths.

well this is serbia and if you do not work you die from hunger + the whole world is in economic crisis so you get it...

normal jobs, all over the world, have a minimum of 2400minutes or 8 hours 5x per day or you do not get payed...I ask for 6 hours 5x per week or the equivalent over a 7 day period...1800 minutes to the minute and I do not count split camming and combining times from site A and site B...the main site must have 1800 min clocked in to get payed end of story...I do not care whether they come in 2 daily shifts or do it in one whole or if they work their asses of for 4 days and then relax 3...

yes many girls say "I am tired after 2 hours of lying on my bed" and this is why I do not have 100 girls, I have 10+ depending on how much I fire or recruit

you achieve this by being a great motivator, you literally brain wash them with hour long talks about how things are going to pick up if she invests tons of effort and time in to her job, how she will have tons of regular customers if she clocks in at regular times and puts in the loooooooooooong hours and how her life will change bla bla bla....if you do not know how to motivate and "manipulate" you are not doing your job as a studio boss...

this is how you get them to work 1800min/week you can take my advice or go back to the excuses your models give you, I am telling you it is completely realistic...

I tried letting them work for how ever much they want and had lots of models come, gave lots of ads in the paper, and had tons of trouble for mediocre money...since refining my game and going for quality vs. quantity the problems are much less and the profit is just as good...

I truly believe that, technical issues aside, the success of a studio is 90% boss 10% girls...

I would get some cheap ambient lights, I see you have neon overhead lights this is not flattering for your models skin color,



standing paper lamps like the above are cheap and give nice diffuse light for little money...I buy a white one and a peach one for each model...both lights are behind her camera and one from the left and one from the right...the peach colored paper lamp gives them a nice tan...you must have multiple sources of light or your cameras will have focus problems and as I said above, neon is not flattering to the skin...

also put in a chair for every model as well as a bed...the reason is try typing bent over from a bed for 8 hours...she must have the option to stand and sit and change positions and fatigue will not set in so fast...instruct them to change positions a lot if they work a lot...a good way to work is 3 hours work, 1 hour pause then 3 hours work again...the model wont have them "gamer eyes" after 6 hours

I thought the OP had already given too much information on his operation and his plans but posting pictures of inside the studio is a very silly thing to do in my opinion.

Protecting the location of a studio should be number 1 priority for studio owners and as others have said quality rather than quantity should be the focus which will of course help with that. Every single performer you piss off could fuck you over, so always bear that in mind when recruiting and firing, and always pay people that you fire what you owe them in full, no matter what they have done.

Also, as others have also said, most of those layouts contain colours and lighting that will not help you make money. Crucifissio sounds like he knows what he is doing (questioning the very knowledgeable adultmobile aside) and you could do a lot worse than take on board some of his wisdom

But bottom line, just do it, don't broadcast it.

Well I posted the chickens picture as humor but the comedy piece it was lost in translation. About posting pictures of the studio, this is ok if it is 100% legal in the country where you operate - the OP said it is legal in Mexico and he'll pay taxes. I would NOT do for ukraine or philippines of course, where jail and/or bribing police is the only alternative to hiding from police.
Further, in places where it is 100% legal and they pay taxes, photos of the studio in a web site it is common to attract more models.
As an example look at the 3d virtual tour of the 2 locations (bucharest + galati) of the following studio providing my site with lots of models:

I am not concerned too much about posting pictures and dont see it as SILLY, first because i am legal and second because a few interior pictures would not give anyone a clue of where I am. I am in a large complex of building with 24 hour security with 2 checkpoints requiring id badges to pass. protecting the location is not an issue, I am not running out of my moms basement haha.
I am doing it obviously , I have the studio and some models but why wouldnt i look for free advice (good or bad) from people in the industry , so that i might avoid mistakes in the beginning and also leave a little help behind for the next guy? I am legal and have almost 0 local competition, risk is minimal here for me.

You are right about the pictures, It helps to give the models confidence that its not some slavery/rape deal. Actually I have a guy coming this week to take some better pictures to use in my recruitment process. I love hotcamstudios site and really debated on going that style with individual rooms but went curtains to cut costs and time. maybe in the future.

Oh and i took the chicken pictures as a joke and thought it was funny, actually put the one from AsianDivaGirlsWebDude on rotation in my backgrounds.

nice studios but the neon lights are losing you money...a few rooms have direct neon overhead of the model this is terrible lightning...try my standing paper lamps, find lamps with 2-3 bulbs one above the other...they cost like 20$/pop in my country...impose a nice color on their skin and you will see a better final product...experiment with different pastel colors I use everything from light orange to oker to darker red depending on the colors in the room...the other standing light must be pure white, if one side is colored (the left for example) and the other side is white you will see a "movie like" quality with the lightning...

as for your overhead heres how its done:

go to your countries organized crime unit...they rent out seized property...this property is basically wanted by nobody serious because it will be sold off by the court eventually but does not sell fast because of the bad reputation it has...find out who is responsible for this in your country...they will tell you the nature of the crime so you do not move in to a drug kingpins villa and get blown up...

find the white collar criminals villas and appartments they are already furnished with wonderful light and you can get a luxury appartment for like 200 euros/month (you need to make an offer and the police will haggle a bit but accept in the end) and you can get villas with pools for as low as 500 euros/month...the big villas will rape you with utility bills...my advice is go for cheap and new and small units...lots of them...unless you can find villas with non-digital power meters then you can use a strong strontium magnet to freeze the dial for a few hours/day and keep the utility reasonable...

you can find ridiculous deals here, and the best part is, the investigations are over and you have privacy from the police, they are eager to rent this out, because the utility bills are picked up by their department because they seized the houses in the first place...they do not give 2 shits what you do inside...I told them what I do and they all want to be my friends and hang out with me, so its a good setup for our type of biz...

be prepared to move in 2-3 years when they finally find a buyer but you can move easily to another location...I have 3 such properties in 2 countries in the region, I did not rent anything special just really nice apartments at incredible prices...but you get the concept...this is what you need to be doing...my most expensive setup is 300 euros total and that includes 100 euros utility bills for 4 bedrooms...my master bathroom has a balcony...

go this way...the girls will take you more seriously if they work from a luxury apartment/villa...you will recruit and keep better girls...they will want to "move in" to your lifestyle and be prepared to work harder for it...think hugh hefner...Im far from hefner but you get the general concept...girls are stupid and their brain dumbs down in presence of $$$ or appearance of $$$....give them a dream+ motivate and you will earn easy money...
