The other photo shows the bag on the other side so you wouldn't see it from this angle, but his arm that is up in the pic seems like an odd place to have your arm if you're walking, look at how far back his elbow is. Just unnatural unless you're running, which it doesn't look like he is. It is in a carry position, but there isn't anything there. If you look at everyone with a bag, that is how their arm is, including his other arm in the other pic, but it doesn't look like there is bag there.

Actually, I think it kind of looks like he's buttoning or zipping up his jacket. Like he's trying to act casual, but that's pretty fucking casual for a bomb exploding.
