I suppose it never dawned on them to take care of their customers first and then move. Basically what you are saying is that they don't have the skill to do their jobs and move at the same time. This just doesn't affect processing or record keeping.
I think Ibill is renting the "upgrade" excuse out now lol...

What would be appropriate is for someone from WSB to get on here and tell us exactly when the checks are coming. It's pretty sad that they can't do that...and if they are not you know it's cos they don't want to be held to their words in a public forum.

Since they are now so far behind, it would be nice if they sent out payments for all of January.

Hope the upgrades include a better accounting department.

I just wanted to verify what Evil-Chris said.

We have been using Websitebilling for CFF sinse the site was introduced.

Every billing company has it's problems once in a while.
I think after 7 years in this business I have seen them all.

Websitebilling has lots of advantages. We are pushing more transactions through them then I have seen in this business in a long time. They seem to be able to push tranaction through with few declines.

As you read this transactions are still going through strong

The disadvantage to WSB is that they have a hard time responding to everyone with there questions including mine at this time.
It's because they are doing alot at the moment but that is no excuse I know.

I myself have been on the horn with the owners and have there word that communications will be better between myself, webmasters and there staff.

The word from them is that everyone will get there checks for all that is owed. On Monday they will start to go out to everyone and they should be all caught up by Wednesday.

I also was told that Roxanne will be mailing everyone on Monday with a response

I have their ear and I expect things will be better in the future.

They are a very solid company and a bunch of good people.
I expect after this week that all future checks will be on time.

Lets give them a chance to make the changes to get there support at a higher level.

Most of us are in this for the long haul.
We need good billing companies in this business and I expect them to be top notch very soon.

.

Thanks

I have to say they would be my #1 processor if they could just get their shit together. Customer service and more importantly paying on time would make them a damn fine processor.

Gee...that's funny. The people I owe money to don't seem to give a shit when I'm moving. They still demand my debt immediately.

Makes you wonder what the fuck is up with this business. People pull crap all the time. Cheating is rife, on the other side of the coin sponsors cancel accounts and refuse to justify doing so and to justify withholding money that was legally owed, other companies either don't pay or pay late (and hey that's all right because Johnny's a nice guy - people pushing his program can't eat this month but he's still such a nice guy), the list goes on.

At the end of the day it's all much the same thing i.e. a total lack of even the most basic business skills and etiquette and a failure by many to actually run this as a business, including a shit load of very large 'players'. But then hey it's porn and who the fuck cares about porn peddlers, including it seems other porn peddlers.

You forgot to mention its a total slap in the face of disrespect for the very people that dump their traffic on sites only to not even get paid for it.

im so fucking tired of excuses from people regarding money.

Very much so. It'd have been far too easy to ramble on for much longer in the reply slagging people and bad business practices off. Bottom line though is there's no excuse, but then often the people who use these companies are just as much to blame.

How many times do you see posts along the lines of 'Oh I know others have had problems with them and they've been bad lately but... I'll stick with them'. If many of the people using them also had a clue (this is a generalisation not directed at websitebilling directly or this thread) they simply wouldn't use them any longer whoever the company. It's not as if there's no alternatives out there. As I say not directed so much at this thread as you can do little on the first 'mistake' except make sure you're not around to let them make a second, third, fourth....

CFF/triplexcash is the one & only reason I'm putting up w/ WSB. Anyone else I would've stopped a long time ago...but I'm not gonna put up w/ it much longer if this keeps up, that's for sure!

What is even scarier is that I got an e-mail form Paolo the other day asking me why I have stopped sending traffic to CFF....and I haven't! I haven't changed a thing. I ICQed him and he said he must have been looking at an old account of mine or something....I don't have one to look at. This whole thing sucks cause I really to enjoy promoting CFF.

It´s a bit weird that we always hear the excuses after people
start complaining:

We´re upgrading the software.....it will only get better
We´re moving offices.....
etc, etc

Why don´t they send out an email when they are going to
upgrade the software or moving offices.....

Hi guys,

We´re upgrading the software between x and x we don´t expect
any problems....blah, blah

Providers do the same.....why don´t billers? Apart from that I fail
to see why moving offices has anything to do with sending out
checks? Is the guy who is responsible for this too busy carrying
boxes? Is the post office also moving?

It´s always the same shit......when people start bitching the
$2 excuses start coming.....that´s almost insulting.....it´s like
saying.....nah we don´t let them know what happens....probably
they´re too stupid to notice......and if they start bithing we will
tell......< insert excuse here >.

I mean they didn´t decide to move all of a sudden right?
They did know that they were going to upgrade their systems right?
They did know they we´re going to switch whatever right?

It´s unbelievable that this stuff happens and that it gets accepted.....there is no other industry where something like
this is possible.

DynaMite

It's even weirder that I've heard like 3 different excuses why we don't have our checks yet. It doesn't sound like a good sign to me, personally. I'm startin' to wonder if I should start pushing something else just in case WSB is about to close up shop...w/ all our loot.

I tpotally agree w/ ya Dyna...cuz I know I still have to pay my bills when I'm moving...& for some reason my excuses for why my payments are late are never accepted. They all seem to think that there's no excuse for late payments.

A check just has to be on time!
I don't care if they moved their office or are improving their services.
I just want my checks on time!

Guys ... maybe it's just a problem with cheques?

My last wire came on time, the same day it always comes. We'll see about this week(I don't expect problems).

I got setup for wires, and once I got over $1000 a period they stopped charging me to process them. No mail delays, all my payments, no problems.

Maybe try wires instead?

Yeah Ive noticed this too.
I was complaining to redshoe about this the other day and asking him If I were the only one or if this lack of monthly rebilling issue was everyone? He wasnt sure, and being this would be just the FIRST week of monthly rebills I wasnt too concerned. Bad luck perhaps.

He kind of made it sound like it was a ccbill issue pointing out that CCBill may not rebill as well, however out of all my other programs CCBill Rebills the best with my other programs i use.

Anyhow, ride this all out for a couple more weeks and you will be able to determine if this was all one bad expierence or just a few weeks of bad luck. With the WSB crap and CCBill for some reason not rebilling with CFF it is concerning. I have a feeling its just a bad week and the rebills will kick in soon with CC Bill .

CCBill is Solid and from what I can tell CFF members area should keep people happy. So I think this will ride out. But like I said we'll be able to tell in the next few weeks.

As for the WSB shit Ive seen this shit a ton of times.
Cross your fingers. Lets hope things snap back in line.
Once again we will be able to tell if this is all one bad expierence or just a bad couple weeks here shortly.

In the mean time just ride it out and continue to share your latest info here.

Hey just be careful here guys ... the stats for WSB are terrible for a webmaster and overstate your income if you are on the 100/60 Trials/Rebills plan.

For some reason your stats tell you that when a full sale is made you get 100% of the 29.95 .. where you should only be getting $18 or so. Since most of my sales are full sales straight up it's easy to read the WSB stats and think ... wow ... I am getting the whole first month sale! There is no way a program could do that AND pay out rebills aswell, so make sure factor that in when looking at your WSB stats.

They really need to revamp their stats system I think. Too misleading.

I agree with Boneprone ... they owe me shit loads of money, and hopefully they are on the rails again, and I have a cheque in my hand. However I won't be pumping traffic back through them till I have payment, and will use CC Bill where I know I will get paid.

Cheers

They owe me a *lot* of money.

And the part that worries me, is do these processors who stop paying their merchants ever stop to consider that we have to find money to pay our webmasters for their traffic?

No. So not only am I two months behind on payment, but I have to dig into my pockets for the webmaster payments.

No processor pay + having to pay webmasters = teh sux.

Don't say that. If they go under then I have lost a lot more than $300. I think it would also severely damage the CFF program aswell.

Does WSB process for any other programs ?

Worst case, Lets say they do go down. Does TripleX pay their webmasters or do we get fucked?

Technically speaking, when I decided to push CFF I started working for CFF and not the billing company. Who they choose for billing is their problem right?

Say for instanace one of TopBucks procesors go down, Im sure Topbucks will still find a way to payup. After all, I sell for Topbucks, not CCbill, Epoch or Jettis.

I think CFF is now offshore so they could probably dodge it. You could go after their officers in the USA if they are citizens.

Guys,

I know at least 1 guy from Triple X media personally. These are upstanding guys, that have been in this buisness for a long time. Provite Lolita was the first site I ever sold, and Paolo was nothing but helpful and honest with me the whole time.

Talking about guys offshore, and going after them in the US is all very premature. I can say with 100% certaintity they are not going to fuck anybody. For what my word's worth.

Website billing.. Like I said they've always paid me. THey've come out and said they recognize they've had problems, and according to Paolo they will be catching up this week. Let's give them the chance to make good on this promise. I'm realtively sure they will.

Neither Triple X Media nor Website Billing is in this buisness to screw us.

Ray <-------Shit disturber(so im told)
When concidering a program to promote you should always look at other factors like billing company, the program's billing methods, content, country and reputation.

If WSB does go down (which i doubt it will), im sure CFF would find other means to pay you. Nevertheless you should always consider other factors that may hamper you when promoting a program. Never assume you are doing biz with just the sponsor. YOu have to take everything into account from who they bill with to how they set up thier billing methods and many other factors.

Usally a comany's reputation can speak for itself. CFF being new is establishing its reputation as we speak. Im willing to bet this will all work out just fine. But I have been wrong in the past.

Nevertheless CFF seems solid so I wouldnt worry. WHen it comes to WSB they are on the same boat as you are and are just playing the waiting game.

Hang in there. You'll get paid and this will all ride out im sure.

Dear Sir,

The reason for the delay in payment to you are because, we have just
opened a new merchant account with another bank and unfortunately they
have a hold on our account pending charge backs. Its the same thing as
the hold we have on your account due to charge backs. So as soon as we
get that deposit from Shared Global all payments owed will be issued.
Sorry if this delay has caused you any inconvenience.

Respectfully,

Got an e-mail from them today and I'm sure they'll pay us soon.
Shit happens but if they would have posted on gfy what was going on I'm sure they would not have this many e-mails from pissed off webmasters.

I have urged them more than once to get on here and reassure webmasters of what their situation is.

In their defence, however, I understand why they would not reply to a thread where people say they suck, or they are cocksuckers, or they wish they would go under.

Like I said before, I'll say again... They will catch up. They are still processing. Thay haven't stopped.

Now go to rectalrooter and get your hosted galleries & content.
Hit me up personally if you need access.

Chris.

I'm in the same boat. First of all no one told me about their '5 day grace period', second of all they abuse that 'grace period' every fucking month.

I talked to Jimmy on the 19th and he gave ME shit for calling, saying the 15th payment isn't due 'till the 20th because of the grace period blah blah blah but it'd be there fer SHURE on the 20th.

Now it's the 24th, still no pay.

When I 'dared' to ask for payment on the 20th of last month, they threatened to close my account. Nice idea of customer service

No such word as dolcett in the dictionary that I can find. The closest variation is...

Main Entry: dul·cet
Pronunciation: 'd&l-s&t
Function: adjective
Etymology: Middle English doucet, from Middle French, from douz sweet, from Latin dulcis; perhaps akin to Greek glykys sweet
Date: 14th century
1 : sweet to the taste
2 : pleasing to the ear
3 : generally pleasing or agreeable

Dolcett runs gourmet girls, a bizarre fetishy site, yeah. Something wrong with cannibalism??

i would pull any traffic still left with WSB away ASAP.
i get this from everything i've read recently and here, its not looking good and this is not the time to be overly optimistic.

and this one kist tops them all. I've never seena bigger reason to run that this

"""Websitebilling has lots of advantages. We are pushing more transactions through them then I have seen in this business in a long time. They seem to be able to push tranaction through with few declines. """

I got a response from them, but they are into me for a shitload of money and I was polite when I e-mailed them. My conversions with them are better than ever. This appears to be another case of GFY hysteria:

Hello Jay,

Affiliates are paid twice a month. But they are also paid a month behind, the reason for that is that we have to wait for all the charge backs for that month to come in to see if you have received any charge backs. Now that is the case for us also the bank we have a Merchant account with, also holds our money a month behind to see our charge back ratio. That is the reason why payment has not been issued as soon as I receive a deposit from Shared Global I will immediately issue you full payment. Sorry if this delay has caused you any inconvenience.

Respectfully,

I hope this helps you guys.

hey CDSmith... i thought that Dolcett was an artist who did hand-drawn cannibal cartoons... i've seen some twisted comic pages online that featured women being farmed, dismembered, cooked, fucked and eaten not too long ago, i would have sworn that the artist who did them was 'Dolcett', maybe that was just a website name and i was mistaken... just had to ask..!

WSB owes us thousands since last month. I spoke to Mike Sperber there today, and he said he is POSITIVE everybody will be paid this week. I also asked him to come on this board and reassure people, but nobody from WSB has done so yet.....

If I don't get paid this week, I am pulling the plug on WSB as a processor for us.
