EVERY fucking month the same fucking thing...... Supposed to send a ACH to my checking account..... doesn't show up....

Call them on the 13th and 14th, to verify that it'll be sent on the 15th...... Which they verify

Now, it's the fucking 21st, i've called multiple times during the day on the 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, and FUCKING TODAY AND THEIR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT DOESN'T ANSWER THE FUCKING PHONE!!!!

Mike, the main sales guy is the only fucking person i can ever get on the phone, and he just has me send an email to him which he supposedly forwards to the accounting department... but i NEVER get a reply!

Is anyone else having similar problems?

I haven't seen anything come through from them in over 45 days.

I don't know anyone who has been paid by them for any period after January 1st.

I called them and was told there was a programming problem that would be fixed this week, but another guy who called was told the checks went out last Monday.

In my case it would be good to get some guidance from the guys at XXX Media on what is going on and how it is going to be made good.

They do suck.. They owe me about 150 bucks.. Not much but, I want it... Fuck man that's enough for a good night out!

They are slow as hell with their checks.
I'm not gonna wait much longer.
If I don't get a check 10 days after the date it was send I get pissed.
If it takes them fucking 3 weeks or more I'm fucking mad.
If they wait much longer we should sue them.

Add my name to the list. No check for Januray yet. When I called they told me they changed their system and my account had no payment method. They said a check for the full amount HAS been mailed, it would be a few days till io get it.

No payment method? WFT I recieved checks before.

Let me be the first to say my lawyers are awear, if no check is recieved by a "set date", forced payment will be inforced.

They don't process for websites using stolen content. It is against their Terms of Service.

Same here...they owe me a lot of money & my patience is wearing VERY thin! I've heard from several people that have talked to them that payments should be going out either this week or next...that's as about far as it's been narrowed down. If I don't get a check by next friday...my attorney is gonna have to get involved.

Maybe I'll just email 'em this post & then they can see for themselves how many people are really pissed off at them!

don't know anything about those cases, but do work w/ some paysite people who use WSB and haven't been paid in *quite* a while..

You have a choice to use either WSB or CCBill...but it's a matter of the lesser of two evils in a way. Ya make more w/ WSB but they don't pay...with CCBill I never got any rebills...or very few.

No Rex, not necessarily. We added CCBill as an option just to have a little more diversity. Some webmasters prefer them...

My experience with CFF has now turned to shit because of a fucking biller.

Months of checks unpaid.

Months of rebills. Gone.

This was going on w/ WSB LONG before triple x media added the CCBill option. That's one of the reasons they added that option...

I had large checks coming on time when others were complaining.

Until now I had no problems.

But they are behind now.

Everyone is going to get paid. From what I understand, WSB has moved their offices (physically), and have also made some changes with their merchant accounts. There is nothing to worry about. They are processing as usual (in fact they never stopped) and just as well as they ever have.

I fully expect a rep from websitebilling to make some kind of statement to this effect shortly. However, in the meantime, there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to worry about.

Can you guys do me a favore please?

Check you stats form 2003-02-18 till today. Did they completly fall off the map or is it just me?

God knows how much it is, hard to tell from their shitty stats...

That is very odd, most rebill percentages should be about the same -- there is NO scrub that I am aware of on rebilled transactions and most billers will keep hitting them a few times on soft declines to try and get the money

Yeah got my 1 Jan cheque, but waiting on the rest.

However, they convert the best for me. WSB sales, rebills etc are excellent ... far above what I get with any other processor. Would be nice if they caught up a little with the times and paid the webmasters in a timely manner.

my wsb sales have been shit for about a week now.. even with a decent increase in traffic sales are still pretty much nil.

huh... we run paysites and use ccBill exclusively, never had any problem w/ rebills at all, we live off of them on slow days actually; thanks for all the steaks ccBill, no ramen for me..!

website billing never pays me my fucking cut for CFF

I never see conversions from trials to full accounts with CCBill on
the programs I have tried that use them. The checks come like clockwork tho.

I just spoke to a couple of people at WSB about these issues and on top of having moved their offices physically, they have gone through recent upgrades (to serve us better) :)

Next week they will be catching up with everyone's accounts.
