I thought the same thing they set him up. He canceled the order but they still sent it. I assume yahoo wouldnt report him, so I have figure he was being watched or maybe yahoo did report him for child porn and when it wasnt instead of letting him walk and having egg on their face they made him take a deal.

If it was 'questionable' content, and Yahoo sent it, then they should be just as much the criminal as the recipient..
Reproduction for purposes of distribution is worse than simple possession..
