sure you can create a site like it, but not the popularity of it already and the amount of referrals already earned.

So what's stopping either of you?

I always used to wish I'd gone down your route and created a huge webmaster referral database, on the basis that a webmaster referral can keep on earning for many years, maybe they'll still be working for you 10 years down the line, whereas selling to the surfer (e.g. blog post, gallery etc) tends to be more of a short term benefit, then you need to keep doing the same to get the same return. Having said that, I have recently found ways of improving the second technique, though still not to the extent of a webmaster referral.

I think most of the cash he makes isn't from webmaster referrals. It is from surfers going there through SERP's...

I've got a few offers close to what I've been asking, but i decided to keep it for myself, since it makes money, the profit is growing and I have in mind a few other sites for surfers which should be done on SignBucks platform.
Once everything is finished I'll put it on sale again, but with initially higher profits.

Read the thread next time before you put down someone's work. The "database" as you call it makes $10,000/month. Is $200K high? Probably but it makes a lot more than your VenusBlogger site does I'm sure. :winkwink:
