I sell the site as the most unique industry database of paysites and sponsors.
What you get is:
- the most complete and up to date database of CCBill, NATS, Verotel, Zombaio, Epoch and in-house programs.
- the biggest database of FHG, tube and embedded clips provided by sponsors
- surfers sites + some others. All of them are built on the same database as Signbucks, are operated from the same admin and require only custom editorial work. If Signbucks gets updated - those sites do as well.

Atm site gets 400+ confirmed webmasters daily (direct traffic, resources pages, gfy.com and other webmasters boards) and a few k of constantly growing SE traffic (constantly increasing trend from the beginning).

You get all the accounts, hosting etc. There're 2 editors working on it and 1 coder. Plus a couple of other guys working on our surfers sites. Hosting prices are very little, you'll have to pay the workers only.
The site is coded by very professional coder which is my friend and a partner, you get clean and clear code. You can hire him afterwards.

If the buyer already has a lot of adult webmaster traffic e.g owner of GFY or another large adult webmaster forum, this is easily worth $200K and more, they could combine it with their forum; the value of the two combined would be far greater than the sum of parts.

On the long term they'd definitely need someone to keep working on SBD to keep it fresh and remove dead programs.
