HOw many times are you going to say its fixed now and won't happen again?
you say there is a monitoring system in place yet every time it is me who contacts you to get this back up when my sites are down. I have esclated a ticket yet still nothing is being done and my sites keep going down. I am moving the main site away from you, but please if you want me to keep my others there just keep them up! my programmer has provided details. why wont someone fix this?!?!?!!? just to be fixed and broken 5 hours later?!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

yeah i'm having some fun over there at the moment with their CDN. They have some interesting engineers who think things are fixed but they clearly are not and I have provided multiple evidence.
I just can't find anyone else at the moment to provide a CDN so i'm fucked ![]()

I am sure that you allready know this but just in case:
When you realize that the live tech is not as competent as he should be (has happened often to me lately too) then simply ask to switch you to a senior tech. Ayumi and Sagi are one of the best there. I highly doubt that a Webair senior tech would not be able to fix your issue.
