HOw many times are you going to say its fixed now and won't happen again?
you say there is a monitoring system in place yet every time it is me who contacts you to get this back up when my sites are down.
I have esclated a ticket yet still nothing is being done and my sites keep going down.
I am moving the main site away from you, but please if you want me to keep my others there just keep them up! my programmer has provided details.
why wont someone fix this?!?!?!!? just to be fixed and broken 5 hours later?!!
