Adultcheck was the first, put a single picture profile up on AFF and about month later got a check from them for over 1000 bucks... I was like wth? Never saw another check from them after that and still have no idea why I got it...

I remember how fast those AdultCheck sites proliferated back then...and to a degree we even started blaming them for lost revenue on our other larger paysites - even while we were pulling in affiliate revenues through AC.
It became a catch-22. None of us knew back then that tubes would become an even bigger scourge to the industry. |
