Why not Ibill?

I've done some searches on Ibill, but I'm not really understanding why people are so fed up with Ibill?

Hey Bikinihouse...

While we have had some customer service problems with ibill, I thought I would write to let you know that we have been paid on time every time by them...

Who knows what will happen with them... I predict they will remain in business.

Why do you think you have not been paid from IBILL?

I'm wondering what the reason could be.

Could you have broken some rules they have?

Has no one from IBILL contacted you at all?

Whats your story?

Everyone knows I have not been a huge IBILL supporter but as of late I've learned a few things about IBILL that I didn't know.

So lets hear your side..........

I havn't obviosly heard what Oliver has heard, but I think IBill is fine. Personally I find they communicate quite well. The trick is to forget being tightand just call them. I do and they talk to me about anything I ask.

Emailing to get fast answers is a waste of time, you'll be lost in the masses of bullshit email they get.... just imagine how much email they get !

No rules broken. I did a US corp. paid the 750.00 ... Tried to reach many times Sylvia perez, but to no avail. When I did receive an email from them, it was off topic!

They still are doing my rebills, so the site is OK!!!! They told me to update my merchant info. I did 4 times!!! Now, my password ito get in the merchant info doesn't work ( my mother's maiden name: I think I do remember...).

Meanwhile, they don't answer , continue rebills and don't pay. It is not a unique case, and I don't read or hear of this type of situation with any other processor ( I use now Globill as main ).

Go figure...

I've been using Ibill since 1996 and have always been paid ontime, although my sites are a little more mainstream.

I emailed Globill this morning for an error in their payouit schedule. I got an answer within 3 hours and it said it was going to be fixed in the next hour, and it was!

Why emailing Ibill should be any different. They take a fee from me and I expect service ... and payment

We dumped iBill at the end of October and despite promises both verbally and in writing that we would be paid our reserves, we haven't been.

We were with IBill for years before we left in disgust over the tardy handling of our account.

IBill Cathy has misled us. Andrea Ebanks has lied to us.

It's that simple. The moment we fired them as our processor the payments stopped flowing.

If you want to run the risk of not being paid then use IBill.

I want to hear someones story as to why they have not been paid by IBill

IBill owed me money but paid up.

So I'm wondering who else is having problems and why have they not been paid.

There are two sides to every story and I've heard IBills story and to be honest I believe them. I have changed some of my opinion about IBill for the better. Sure IBill has problems, IBill knows they have problems and they are working on them. Their customer service still sucks big time.

But I'm just wondering about others having problems whats their story?
And I want to hear something more that just a simple......

"IBill owes me money!"

Lets hear some details.

What sort of site did you have?
Maybe a Lolita site, animal sex site, celebrity site?
Did you break any IBill rules?
Have you complied?
Has IBill given you any reason why you have not been paid?

Or are you just pissed that you made some money and now they won't pay you cause you got caught doing something outside the rules?

Maybe I'm wrong then again maybe we just aren't hearing the whole story.

Umm...that's part of their job....answering emails from their clients. That's why their employees get email addresses. So you can email them and communicate with them.

well, I agree that what you have posted is a lot of money, however, you seem to think that compliance is not an issue. The fact that the site has been there for a long time is not the issue. You've done your best impersonation of a politican by not answering the question !

Have you complied with the Visa stuff, yes it's bullshit, but has it been done ?

yes I agree, but surely not every organisation is perfect like your obviously is......

perhaps you should take the plunge and spend 10 or 15 dollars and actually call them. Don't rant and rave, just call them and ask what you have to do to resolve the issues.
You might be surprised what a pleasant response you get.

No lolita, no animals, no celebrity ( yet.. ) Just good HC sex

Quote:

None. But even if I did, does that entitled them to continue to rebill my clients knowingly that they have no intention of paying. Isn't that near the definition of FRAUD?

Quote:

4 Times!!!! Spent money on a US presence, got IRS tax ID, paid the 750.00 . Should I spin on my head to comply?

Quote:
Has IBill given you any reason why you have not been paid?[/B]
Yes, they don't understand. It should be fixed shortly....

Who the fuck are you. Read the threads on Ibill!!!! BTW, what are those rulles you refer to so vehemently ( you already address the lolita, animals, etc....)

Quote:
Maybe I'm wrong then again maybe we just aren't hearing the whole story. [/B]
Yes, you are very wrong. Instead of giving away a one year lease ( a lot of class: one year...) on a corvette, they should answer and address the problems. If a site doesn't comply, close it. Anyway, Visa would not allow rebilling...

Are you brain dead: I did a US PRESENCE ( about 1000.00), paid the $ 750.00 to Visa, updated my merchant info, supplied my url's. emailed them, YES called them about 10 times!

Since you are so correct, what else should have I done????

First of all, the numbers there ( before the $ sign) are check numbers, not money!!!! I blacked out the money figure, since the amount is not the issue...

I don't think compliancer is not an issue, otherwise I would not have complied... simple no?

No, I do not do impersonation... But in your case , you sound like a used Ibill salesman.... I answered all questions that have to be answered. Tell me which one was not answered.

I wanted to hear the other side of the story and you gave it, very well I might add.

Lets see what IBill has to say about this.

Maybe you will finally get your money.

okay scathead, I've had enough of your scratching your ass and sniffing your own finger. To top it off you are trying to make us all feel bad by shitting on us.....

The answer is:
In your merchant info you can change it to either pay to yourself, or the US company. Change it to yourself and give your personal wire details. If you can't access your merchant info call them and get them to change secondary password which they did for me.

I havn't been paid either mate, myself and others were just trying to HELP YOU !

I believe making these changes you will be paid..... I make no guarantees, because I don't know, but unless you are willing to accept that others may have answers, why the fuck do you try to bollock every person that comes along ...

When I was looking for a processor, I really looked hard at Ibill. CcBill I passed up because of their password problems. IBill chose not to send out 900 payments, which cost a lot of people a lot of money.

I wouldnt go to Ibill right now for anything. Not even about people not getting paid, IBill stole 750 out of peoples accounts rather than cancell the rebilling members. What a great company to work for.

My problems with Globill are minor, and my e-mails are answered within an hour. I might pay a bit more, but I will pay for good tech support.

here is your first post, answering a simple question: Why NOT Ibill ( please note that the thread that was started is not WHY IBILL but WHY NOT IBILL):

Quote:
[I havn't obviosly heard what Oliver has heard, but I think IBill is fine. Personally I find they communicate quite well. The trick is to forget being tightand just call them. I do and they talk to me about anything I ask. [/B]
So the answer would be ( from your post!):

- can't access your merchant info
- havre to change secondary password
- I haven't been paid either mate
- I beleive... I make no garantees...on payment

So now, you tell me that a site owner should consider Ibill????

I gave a recount of my own experience with them, and compared with ONE other, because I do use them. I will not compare with other processors that I do not use.

I leave speculation to others. I will stick to facts.
I hope you will get paid... for your sake but don't hold your breath...

Do you think Ibill has all that " non-complying" money in a trust account??? Do they loose sleep because they have OUR money?

Come on. wake up!

okay directfiesta,
let's agree to disagree.

you're a master at changing peoples context and being the first to spit the dummy if you'd like to read back through the thread in a reasonable manner.

myself, well I bit at your comments, silly me....

So are you actually going to try and get access to your merchant info and take a look at what I suggested ?

Better than that. I am going to be in Pompano, Fl for a few weeks starting Feb 23rd. Their offices are in Deerfield Beach, about 7 miles from were I will be staying. So I will visit them in person.

No more unsanswered emails, unexistent callback, being on hold for hours... i will see who that Sylvia perez is and get that straighten out. I do not know if I will continue with them tough.

If you have good service, great for you. Treat your rep like gold, and send him/her a christmas gift or whatever will make him/her happy. I use to have Patricia Hirook ( something like that) and she was great... I got switch to that looser...

Anyway, 6 AM here; time to go sleep a bit.

I like IBill.

Hey BikiniHouse,

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this yet but the cheques Ibill sends Canadian webmasters don't clear Canadian Banks.

As of Jan 03 Ibill is sending Canadian webmasters cheques from a bank in London, there's "something wrong" with the MICR codes along the bottom of the cheques and Canadian Banks can't process them.

Ibill shrugs, my bank (TD) is putting the cheques in for "collection" and I'm fucked for several thousand US$$. I deposited the first of these on Jan 20th (btw cheques are being issued late these days) and the bank pulled the funds out on Jan 29th. They are trying to process the cheque manually but the funds have still not hit my account. My bank keeps telling me to "check back next week". This is my Dec 1-15 revenue we're talking about, it would normally be in my account by Jan 7th.

Search for my thread titled "Ibill Cheques Bouncing?" for more details.

Why not Ibill? Cuz even IF you are lucky enough to get your cheques on time they're going to take 4-6 weeks to clear your bank if they clear at all.

I've been around long enough (Since 1990!) to know when a payment processor is faltering and Ibill is a fine example of a company that is going to fail soon.

I haven't tried it but, given the typo, I'm willing to bet that any e-mail sent to that address will get lost in the ether....

Hey directfiesta
Your first mistake was trying to contact Sylvia Perez. We are still waiting for replys to e-mails sent 6 months ago. She is the main reason we left Ibill and signed up with EPOCH

A lot of mixed emmotions...

I've had superior support with them so far, but I'll definitely be on the look out.
