Everyone knows I have not been a huge IBILL supporter but as of late I've learned a few things about IBILL that I didn't know.

No rules broken. I did a US corp. paid the 750.00 ... Tried to reach many times Sylvia perez, but to no avail. When I did receive an email from them, it was off topic!
They still are doing my rebills, so the site is OK!!!! They told me to update my merchant info. I did 4 times!!! Now, my password ito get in the merchant info doesn't work ( my mother's maiden name: I think I do remember...).
Meanwhile, they don't answer , continue rebills and don't pay. It is not a unique case, and I don't read or hear of this type of situation with any other processor ( I use now Globill

as main ).
Go figure...
