I do pretty well on my own! ;) BUT I am always looking to find help with the areas I'm not as savvy with... Like my affiliate program! Is there such a thing as hiring someone to run an affiliate program FOR you without selling the site to/joining a network!?

With running my site %100 I've come to the sad conclusion that there isn't enough time in a day to webmaster my site & run it's affiliate program as well. I do pretty well now but I'd love to do EVEN better & I think my site deserves to be more successful with everything I have going on within it! Any ideas on this would be appreciated!

Normally I would agree that mocking someones weight is childish and uncalled for. I think Abbie is fair game though due to the fact she used photos of a hot girl and had everyone convinced it was her for years.

Has anyone heard that there are several members/customers of onhercam that had random $50 charges to their accounts today? A member of mine tweeted about it so I asked him about it & he said that there is one other guy that he knows has an account there that also received the same $50 charge. He is PISSED & no one is answering his (or the other dude's) tweets or emails. This is really scary because it makes cam sites on a whole look suspicious! What the hell is going on here!? /:

Well I have an affiliate site which is linked below in my sig... I just don't have time to put pictures in the little templates that my designer made me & email affiliates. I also don't know anything about sending out emails with the persons affiliate code already linked into the galleries like in the emails I receive for Spunky's affiliate program...

Another issue I've ran into is that my site is mainly video based & I only do pro photo set updates when I have extra time. Affiliates seem to prefer pictures & not videos. Are there any affiliates that take teaser videos? Anyhow... I need an easy way to do this myself quickly (send out emails, make instant galleries so I don't have to muddle with it by hand, and FINDING more affiliates would be super too of course!) or I need to hire someone to take care of this for me.

But wouldn't I be making MORE money (even after paying them out or giving them a percentage...) if I had more affiliates linking to me & thus getting more traffic? My traffic mostly comes from social networking which works pretty well for me but I'd obviously love to do even better & have better traffic overall... :)

It seems like it has to be a completely separate job from just running the site let alone making/editing content, doing my updates (all by hand) & doing my 5 member shows a week. That's all quite time consuming on it's own. :( But there HAS TO BE a way I can either find programs that will help me accomplish my affiliate stuff or hire someone to do it for me. Also I do mainly HD videos as content... Do you ever use promo videos to make sales? Just curious! ;)

That's actually exactly how I'm promoting it in our ads. I was able to get most of our "All-Stars" back for this. If ya have any other ideas on who I'm missing let me know and I'll see what I can do.
