Paxum document verification help

A friend of mine tried to send documents since 3 months for adress verification. They (paxum) always reject it. He sent a scanned phone bill multiple time (different scanned qualities). He tried to send the bill in PDF format and know what? Rejected.

There are other options?

He tried. They answer always the same thing. I don't have a copy of what they answered but after few months, he think Paxum it's a scam and they are there to steal personnal information.

We all know it's false, but they really have to make an effort. I saw one of the document and I really don't know why they don't accept it.

In regards to your question, some documents are in black and white, however we still require a full color scan or photograph of any submitted verification document.

Same here - no idea why they don't like documents, and no answer from them, just the standard "all documents must be high quality and full color". Since the scans ARE high quality and full color (except of course where the originals themselves are black and white), there's no way to knows WTF their problem is.

Since they are not interested in telling us what they want, I guess they are not that interested in having our business. That's fine, CC and Paypal work just fine for us.

It was actually a lot simpler to successfully set up the most recent merchant account than jump through with Paxum's hoops trying to guess what they wanted. When the merchant bank had a question about a focument tjey called and asked us, unlike Paxum who won't even respond when we take the initiative. (An autotesponder saying "high quality and full color" in response to any and questions is NOT a response.)
