Same here - no idea why they don't like documents, and no answer from them, just the standard "all documents must be high quality and full color". Since the scans ARE high quality and full color (except of course where the originals themselves are black and white), there's no way to knows WTF their problem is.
Since they are not interested in telling us what they want, I guess they are not that interested in having our business. That's fine, CC and Paypal work just fine for us.
It was actually a lot simpler to successfully set up the most recent merchant account than jump through with Paxum's hoops trying to guess what they wanted. When the merchant bank had a question about a focument tjey called and asked us, unlike Paxum who won't even respond when we take the initiative. (An autotesponder saying "high quality and full color" in response to any and questions is NOT a response.)
