I work a lot with little girls who are struggling with self image issues. Most all of them think they are fat even tho they are almost always far from it. When I do have a kid that is actually fat chances are they have gone through years of being called names and the like and they are only pre-teens yet.

All I can do it show them that you don't have to wait to be thing to have a life.
