http://torrentfreak.com/kim-dotcom-t...es-why-120326/ it appears as if most of the "smoking guns" against mega upload are just like the "smoking guns" against youtube. http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/n...om-filings.ars |

				 | The good news is that the damage to that industry is already done. Has anyone added back those features and started paying for traffic generated by user uploads to trademarked material? |

				 | Yes, it all went back to normal for the most part. Though, some of the filehosts are a least a bit more amenable to work together to protect content that is being reported. |

				 | It'll be interesting to see if the facts line up work his claims. The Viacom vs. Youtube article is interesting because while the first half of the article makes clear Youtube was knowingly and deliberately profiting from large scale infringement, the second half says Viacom was uploading some of the videis it was complaining about. It sounds longer it would be an open an shut case for someone other than Viacom to sue Youtube - someone who wasn't uploading.

				 | If anything it's known who he is now. What he looks like and personal details. It only takes one person with a vendetta and means to make his life a living hell or worse. He's going to be a target from here on out.

				 | They'll fuck him on the money laundering charges.... Besides that he still has to dodge the private security companies from Universal and friends... lol Good luck to that whale hiding his blubber... If anyone is stupid enough to think the DOJ have built their case on a single 50 cent song...I have a bridge I'd like you to buy... Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz going into receivership on their Manhattan digs in Feb indicate what they were about with Kim. They some broke ass bitches, or appear to be, at this point in time. |
