It'll be interesting to see if the facts line up work his claims.
The Viacom vs. Youtube article is interesting because while the first half of the article makes clear Youtube was knowingly and deliberately profiting from large scale infringement, the second half says Viacom was uploading some of the videis it was complaining about. It sounds longer it would be an open an shut case for someone other than Viacom to sue Youtube - someone who wasn't uploading.
