I think that if those are the rules, they should be followed or go somewhere else, simple as that.

This being said, I didn't read the 1 million pages MC rules document entirely, but from a fast overlook I couldn't find this rule, nor do I remember it as a rule from previous years. And it's not the first time you say "look it's in the rules" and it was a lie. I called you out when you lied with the Epassporte fiasco and you did your best to fool clients. And when I said what the REAL Visa procedures were, you denied it. Time told who was the one telling the truth and who was telling lies. So don't come with the "rules" song, you aren't known as the decent guy that follows them.

Anyway, I'd recommend the OP to do what he's asked to or stop using the service, it's not rocket science, companies change conditions every day and he's not even asked to do this for old sites, so no idea WTF is he complaining about

Any money not in your account is not yours. It really have nothing to do with the living paycheck to paycheck.

If you've been in the business for a while you should know how important it is to get paid as fast as possible, especially at these times where so many people are going out of business.

We are basically prepaying all our clients, we have very few clients who selected to be paid on carrier terms where they wait up to 90+ days to get paid, for us it's crucial to always be paid on time AND that the amount matches. We have a dedicated person that sits and chases invoices and payments all week long, if a telco is delayed with a payment for more than a few days without any valid explanation we typically pull out all their numbers, I've done this several times with telco's we worked with for nearly 10 years. Why ? It's a business, if you let your business slip it will eventually hunt you down. If you are dealing with professionals they'll understand

If you do not like their rules then find another that fits to your needs that is very simple as 1, 2, 3 or a, b, c!

I remember after about 3 years of an excellent processing relationship with them (no chargebacks)

They sent us an email a while back saying we had to add a script to our join page to keep processing with them, they were putting thru a lot of approvals and rebills so we simply complied without "requesting" to see the new stipulation on paper.

Sure would welcome the chance at using them again,but they could very well be bitter with us for the hostility we showed to them for some of the "issues" they were having in the past.

Have not seen any derrogative threads about them for some time, so maybe times have changed for the better
