Sounds like a logical statement to me...and improved training requirements would help to prevent gun accidents. In my case I am well trained in the use of a multitude of weapons and have used them with extreme prejudice when the occasion called for it...and I am prepared to use them again...when the occasion calls for it.

I think Franck was using "street" to refer to his neighborhood though, rather than specifically the surface of the ground outside of his house, which is kinda irrelevant to the point he was making.

It's not really a big deal to use either though, especially on a forum, as long as people understand. The 'issue' is with "correcting" someone with something that's not necessarily correct.
