The complaint asserts that FFN, its officers, directors and Underwriters made false and misleading statements and omissions in the Registration Statement and Prospectus dated May 10, 2011 and May 11, 2011, respectively According to the May Offering Documents, after the offering there would be approximately 26.7 million common shares outstanding. Of these shares, at least 20.9 million were subject to a 180 day lock-up period, during which the shares could not be traded. These statements are alleged to have been false and misleading when made because: a material number of the Restricted Shares were publicly traded during the lock-up period; and the Company was suffering from grossly deficient internal controls and therefore was unable to abide by the terms of the May Offering Documents.

Not with so much competition out there ready to take their place, some tubes could take a hit but it wont tank anyone

Delisting takes a while it isn't instant.

Also, they supposedly have a short term cash position of 28m (or 15m if they made that purchase) and the stock won't go any lower than cash on hand.

Well at least competition is not paying with borrowed money, and they're not THAT aggresive with media buys. Probably you're right, it got to the point where AFF demise would not tank anyone, but at least that maybe will keep that "community" of illegal tubes from expanding further, and make the remaining ones feel less comfortable. FFN is under a $1. For those of you who said you would load up on it at this price, you better hurry. FFN will be over $10 in 2012.

Of course, that'll be after they receive their NASDAQ delisting notice and implement a reverse stock split in a last ditch attempt to stay on NASDAQ. FFN shareholders are getting roasted with the other turkeys for Thanksgiving.
