The NATS CCBill paid program 5 hour setup challenge...

You have probably heard of the new NATS feature allowing you to use NATS for your affiliate interface, including tracking, ad tools, reports, and more.

I want to prove to you how easy it is to get this new feature setup & live.

Here's what I'm willing to do:

I'm offering this to 10 currently active ccbill affiliate programs.

1. I will waive the $250 install + $500 setup & training fee.
2. We will work hand in hand with you via telephone (or your preferred communication method) to get your program fully installed, setup, and live in 5 hours after beginning the process (assuming your server is ready for installation and all data/information is ready to go).
3. You pay only the NATS monthly costs (starting at $150/mo).

If we do not have your program installed, configured, and live within the 5 hour period we will offer you your choice of a full refund of what you have paid or 3 months of free service on top of the waived up front fees.

In order to take advantage of this offer please contact myself or Vlad.

AIM: JohnA1078
email: albright/toomuchmedia/com
phone: 732-385-1536 x1111

This offer is limited to 10 currently active CCBill programs. If you wish to take advantage of it, please get in touch with us quickly.

Vlad will post his contact info shortly.

Plenty of people take care around here. We just don't care much for people who are generally just looking to cause trouble & drama.

I'm talking about your general history here.

The thread I believe you're referencing was replied to. Again, as far as I'm concerned you're just here to create drama & cause trouble. My days of dealing with that type of person are long over.

Well, that's a great offer to bring across the final wave of people who had doubts about downtime etc for a transition to NATS

Great offer!

But I'd say extend this to every install (for a limited time only of course), (even those running competition software?) to really show any remaining doubters.

Thanks

A more complex setup than a CCBill paid program and certainly an import from a competing software can take a bit longer than 5 hours. Not a "long" time necessarily, but sometimes more time. If someone falls into another category I'm more than happy to offer them the discount & refund guarantee, but the time-frame would have to be specific to their particular situation.

It's not about the Media Revenue posts. It's about the way I've seen you act on here for years. To many people this is a business, not a hobby, a game, or a joke.

If you have an issue, feel free to e-mail me about it, albright/toomuchmedia/com, but if I feel it gets into the realm of looking for attention/drama I'm going to deal with it the way I deal with the other non-sense.

I miss you! Well, mostly Patty, but you too We have some major projects in the pipeline that have kept me very busy lately. Wish I could have made Qwebec this year, as it's one of my favorite shows, but once you see what we have coming I'm sure you'll understand.

I have to give TMM some credit. I've recently been using NATS 4.1 a lot more often for a project and my general impression is that it is VERY polished. Well beyond what we normally see in this industry. It honestly blows me away with what is there and how well done it is. It's a pleasure to use. Also the latest innovations and changes such as adding better CCBill integration and your new stats client are excellent.

That said I would still hope that you guys will keep your professionalism and respond to anyone who raises serious concerns. All the new features are great and all but the basis for the product is the tracking and if anyone raises any doubts at all about it I think they need to be addressed at least to some degree. Everyone knows that no complex piece of software is 100% bug free either. Anyone who believes otherwise is ignorant. But each time someone reveals something and it gets fixed the software in question is that much closer to perfection. Best to look at it that way I think.

Can you still cascade to other billers if you use the "paid by CCBill" feature?

Hey, thank you. I personally took back complete control of the interface design & user experience. We put a whole lot of effort into the details of it and also had some great help from a very generous group of affiliates who we flew out to do hands-on testing with. Overall, I think we got very very close to what we wanted. Nothing is ever done or perfect, but we'll continue to do everything we can to move ever closer to it.

We always take concerns seriously. However, if someone has a blatant history of just looking to stir up trouble, cause controversy, and act unprofessional, we are going to take what that particular is saying with a grain of salt. That said, and as illustrated above, we're willing to take a look at any issue.

You're also very correct that no piece of software is ever 100% bug free or perfect. Anyone telling you so is lying to you, and you should steer very clear of them. Knowing the details of Teencat's issue (and not wanting to share them here to violate his privacy), I don't believe it is related to a bug of any sort. Possibly a misconfiguration on his or the program owner's part, possibly an imagined problem, or possibly something else, but most likely it is not due to a bug.

There are two different cascade systems in play in this case.

First is the CCBill cascading system, which as far as I am aware allows you to send your denials to a few other processors they work with. This system, if configured properly on all ends (NATS, CCBill, the other processors) should function with no problems.

Second is the NATS cascading system, which is much more complex allowing you to send to dozens of processors (http://wiki.toomuchmedia.com/index.php/NATS_Biller_List) including all types of payment methods, based on many conditions such as denials, geo-targetting, weighting, etc. This system also allows a very complex configuring (if you choose to) of the paths the cascades will follow with multiple conditions for the next at each step along the way.

The NATS cascading system will not function with a CCBill paid program as CCBill would need to pay out on the transactions that happen on these dozens of other processing solutions. CCBill as far as I am aware does not have a system where we can notify it directly of a specific arbitrary transaction to be paid out to a particular affiliate. If they can implement such as system, we would be happy to integrate it on our end, but until that exists there is no way for CCBill to know what to pay your affiliates for these transactions.

Because of this you currently can't use NATS cascading with the CCBill paid feature, but you will be able to use CCBill's cascading.

Feel free to lobby CCBill to implement this feature. We'd love to see it as much as you guys would!

Also, keep in mind, that once you are running on NATS with the CCBill paid program, you have the most advanced back-end system in the industry in place. When you are ready for your program to expand to include other payment platforms, issue your own payments, etc. you simply need to enable those features in your existing NATS install. NATS grows with your program, you won't be required to install another software and migrate to it.

You are also capable of running a CCBill paid program and a sponsor paid program under one NATS installation, allowing affiliates to use their preference. NATS has always been about allowing programs of any size to get started with NATS and grow their business with it. We feel this new feature fully opens to doors to anyone.

Really cool promo Vlad.

And while those accepting this challenge are at it, think about plugging in AdultCentro (via http://Publisher.AdultCentro.com) which is compatible with BOTH NATS AND CCBill. Ah the joys of being about to do things SIMPLY!

Good luck with the challenge Vlad!

That's an awesome offer and NATS is the best imho. Because it is good for the host and good for the client future growth to take a huge step like that for any affiliate program, MojoHost will pony up a $400 service credit for ANY new or established customer that takes John up on this.

Cheers,

Brad

Great promo and a great program John!

But I'm just a little confused, in this thread you answer the question....

"Can you still cascade to other billers if you use the "paid by CCBill" feature?"

answered with...

"First is the CCBill cascading system, which as far as I am aware allows you to send your denials to a few other processors they work with. This system, if configured properly on all ends (NATS, CCBill, the other processors) should function with no problems."

But TMM_Vlad in a different post https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1034580&page=2 answered the same question....

"So you can't cascade to other billers if you use the "paid by CCBill" feature?"

answered with...

"Correct, it currently does not have the ability to cascade with the CCBill Traffic Manager system. We may make this feature possible in the future after further testing with CCbill."

Which is the correct answer?

I'm not trying to be a smart ass this is a HUGE issue for some of us. I make a nice additional monthly income with the cascade from CCBill to Epoch and would not want to loose it. NATS is a great program and been on my "Need It" list for a long time. Now with the addition of the CCBill Paid option NATS is moving to my "no excuse not to get it" list, I think?

Sorry for the confusion. You will be able to cascade via the CCBill cascade system.

And if I could, I'd just like to talk about campaigns for a minute...

So does this mean you are currently able to cascade with the CCBill Traffic Manager system or are you saying you "will" have that ability in the near future?

Or to put it another way, if NATS was installed today would I be able to keep my CCBill Traffic Manager cascade?

Sorry man just making sure there are no misunderstandings.

No worries. No one is actively using the CCBill cascading (traffic manager) with it yet. We've evaluated how it will work, tested it, etc. and we see no issues at all with it, but nothing is guaranteed until it is put into practice of course.

If you'd like to get it going let us know, we'll lay out how it will work for you and make sure that should an issue arise, we have a clear way to transition back immediately.

I understand you're being positive, but it was not a "hole". That is very misleading. The issue you had was a NATS program having an error on their templates. It had zero to do with NATS and was certainly not even close to a "hole".

And you're welcome
