Also the latest innovations and changes such as adding better CCBill integration and your new stats client are excellent.

That said I would still hope that you guys will keep your professionalism and respond to anyone who raises serious concerns. All the new features are great and all but the basis for the product is the tracking and if anyone raises any doubts at all about it I think they need to be addressed at least to some degree. Everyone knows that no complex piece of software is 100% bug free either. Anyone who believes otherwise is ignorant. But each time someone reveals something and it gets fixed the software in question is that much closer to perfection. Best to look at it that way I think.
Hey, thank you. I personally took back complete control of the interface design & user experience. We put a whole lot of effort into the details of it and also had some great help from a very generous group of affiliates who we flew out to do hands-on testing with. Overall, I think we got very very close to what we wanted. Nothing is ever done or perfect, but we'll continue to do everything we can to move ever closer to it.

We always take concerns seriously. However, if someone has a blatant history of just looking to stir up trouble, cause controversy, and act unprofessional, we are going to take what that particular is saying with a grain of salt. That said, and as illustrated above, we're willing to take a look at any issue.

You're also very correct that no piece of software is ever 100% bug free or perfect. Anyone telling you so is lying to you, and you should steer very clear of them. Knowing the details of Teencat's issue (and not wanting to share them here to violate his privacy), I don't believe it is related to a bug of any sort. Possibly a misconfiguration on his or the program owner's part, possibly an imagined problem, or possibly something else, but most likely it is not due to a bug.
