:mad Dump the Baggers in 2012!

Tea Baggers WIN ? No more Clean Water LAWS

Tea Baggers along with Glenn Beck are against the socialists in DC telling land owners what they can dump into streams. Supreme Court sides with polluters and allows arsenic, lead, mercury, zinc and anything else land owners want to dump into ?non-navigable waterways.? You can?t dump dangerous materials into any waterway a boat could travel on, but any other waterway is just fine ? dump as much as you like.

Continues here...

You aren't seriously presenting this source as any kind of "News source" are you? It's an agenda blog with no links, no cites, and only one very narrow view.

Is this how you get your viewpoints on the world? It explains a lot.

"GOP representatives added rider after rider to the 2012 spending bill for the Environmental Protection Agency and the Interior Department, tacking on amendments that would essentially prevent those agencies ? charged with protecting America's air, water and wildlife ? from doing their jobs."

tea party threw cases of tea into boston harbor, & won freedom from the barack obama of their time, king george. look at the facts. Declining empire? check. Overextended by foreign wars? check. Good at surrendering? check.

Tea party fights for freedom from king obama.

King George = unelected Monarch

Obama = elected official through Democratic process

The real comparison is that when the boston tea party took place, the chant was "no taxation without representation".

I wonder how an average income earner likes it when their so-called "representative" in washington stands there and obstructs unemployment benefit extensions until the bush tax cuts for the rich are extended. Or when it's time to vote on the simple debt ceiling extension, they nearly drive the entire economy into third world status because they want to dismantle medicare, medicaid and social security. Or when they get elected on the promise of creating jobs and then instead try to destroy the affordable care act which would lower the medical costs of their children forever.

Politicians are dirty rotten scumbags.

The next real tea party will be for the same exact reason as the first one. Calling some of these people "representatives".. well.. it's as if you have to vomit the word out it's just so intensly inaccurate.

Seriously, do you actually think people believe the garbage you post?
These rulings have nothing to do with the Tea Party. You are the anti-american asshole with all your inflamatory nonsense.

http://blog.environmentalchemistry.c...water-act.html

As a result of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency rule changes to the enforcement of the Clean Water Act, it now only automatically applies to permanent navigable waters and the wetlands attached to these waters. Intermittent and non-navigable waters and their wetlands may or may not be protected depending upon other criteria including whether or not they are attached to navigable waterways. These changes were the result of a Supreme Court ruling last year that ruled in the words Justice Anthony Kennedy that there must be a "significant nexus" between a wetland and/or waters and a navigable waterway. The cause of the navigable water requirement in the Supreme Court's ruling is the wording of the Clean Water Act itself, which under Title I Section 101(a)(1) states:
it is the national goal that the discharge of pollutants into the navigable waters be eliminated by 1985.

The Revelator is one who reveals. These revelations can be about anything and may or may not be of a serious nature.

My objective is to get people thinking about issues and what Jesus would do regarding issues. I know many will disagree with my opinion and that is expected and appreciated.

The revelator is only as good as his knowledge and understanding and can be wrong on occasion, so I rely on the kindness of strangers, pun intended, for help when I lose my way.

All revelators come to the game with their own shortcomings and their own views. Alas no one is completely objective ? certainly not me.

The Second Commandment and the Golden Rule are a good place to begin any analysis of an issue. Jesus has the answers we need if we care enough to see what he says. I will try to keep these two principles in mind at all times.

So you're saying that this happened last year, as a result of the wording of the Clean Water Act, based on the judgement of justices that were all in place before the "Tea Party" was even a national movement, let alone having anyone in office?????

Golly, now that doesn't sound like the original post, does it?

Weird.

So the first "blog" is not a reliable source of information for you, but this "blog" that you agree with, meets with your approval?

I don't "agree with" the second blog, but please note that it actually cites all needed references in regards to the original act, the supreme court ruling, a new act to correct the wording of the original, etc....

Notice that it actually AGREES with your blog's point of view?

The difference is that it does a SLIGHTLY better job of being a source of informational news, rather than blatantly emotionalized propoganda utilizing deliberately charged language and slurs, don't you think?

that would get attention also.

Why would the Tea Party "fight for freedom" from King Obama?

Well most of the kids here have been in servitude for so long they don't have a clue what the country was like when it was free. They've been duped by global elite lies for so long that they have come to accept ANYTHING unconstitutional. Not to mention the 9/11 false flag. Notice the age of the tea party protestors.

When you hear that there are 725 new laws in California this year, I mean why?

And cops, they use to protect and serve, now it harrass and control.

When I got my first speeding ticket, the judge said $10 and I paid $10. My last ticket was $360 and now they even charge you for fix it tickets?

Protect and serve is a another lie now.

When I was a kid and anybody got caught drunk driving, they would give you a ride and made sure you GOT HOME SAFE. As in protect and serve. There was no taking you downtown to jail. Harass and control you're right.

The Tea Party is not fighting for freedom, they are delusional thinking their country has been taken away from them and erroneously believe it is due to out of control government spending and 'entitlement' programs. At the same time voicing the need for less regulation of industry and less taxes. The fact is that those who get meat of the tax breaks are corporations and multi-millionaires while the people are tossed a bone and spun to think it's steak... steak that liberals are trying to steal from them.

What makes it even worse and less forgivable is these very same activist are working hard against their own best interest. It is sad and pathetic to witness some elderly gentleman or woman screaming about the wastefulness of government spending and socialism while carrying a sign that says 'they' better keep their hands off the old gentleman's social security.

There is a distinct talent that the right shows on presenting it's spin to a country of uninformed, flag waving, patriotic people that gets them riled up. Yes the right can win the war of the words and have done so spectacularly for a couple of years now. But the Tea Party is not fighting for freedom, they are ignorantly fighting for a continuation of the status quo and a deepening of the American plutocracy.

thanks for reading

It's not about the pic or the Tea Party. It's not about the bow downs and the suck ups.

It's about following the constitution.

with respect, IMHO it is not about the constitution at all, but corporate sponsorship of our government. It is no longer a government of, by and for the people but one that will continually be more and more paid for by the true 'special interests' in the background. The Tea Party means well, all these activists on both sides means well. However they are under some strange delusion that somehow we will return to whatever sense of normality they think the 'real America' should be. There is no turning back without dramatic political change and the fact of the matter (as I see it) is the days of dramatic political change is long gone.

I now equate all politicians ( well with a few exceptions I am sure) as sponsored drama queens. We seem to relish loud mouthed, angry, sound bite spouting idiots that have no respect what so ever for the public they claim to serve. So that is exactly what they are giving us, massively partisan political theater sponsored by Coke. I think that the politicians should be required to wear NASCAR style fire-suits so we can see the logos of the corporate sponsors and root for our favorite ones.

You and I are probably on opposite ends of the political spectrum and even though I positively drip Liberalism and think Bernie Sanders is AWESOME (what up) I can respect that there are people out there that can be both in disagreement with me and be correct and the onus is on me to take the time and weigh those opinions to see if there is truth in them. Congress cannot seem to do that and it dooms this society to decline.

So while saying that it is about the constitution sounds pleasant and something we can all wrap our arms around the facts are the constitution lays out a standard but it is the issues not specifically listed in it but under governmental powers that is the source of debate.

If this is true, why on earth would anyone want the government to spend more and become larger?

I dont know if I am outside the liberal norm but I do not necessarily want the government to spend more more. I want them to spend it much more wisely. To create and enforce strict regulations, to prosecute fraud, to investigate waste and to meet the needs of the population so that the tax dollars that are spent are spent in the best possible way to benefit the populace of the United States. Their stewardship of our society is so incredibly lacking it is shocking. If however they eliminate as much waste as possible and there are still needs the government should meet for the society as a whole then yeah, I am for raising taxes.

Is any of that probable.... heh heh no. I dont know if there is going to be a crash here, I suspect our standards will drop to the point of having only two real classes, a caste system effectively but that the majority wont even notice as they work harder, get paid less, go into debt and their health declines with braying elite regurgitating repeatedly how we are the greatest country on earth

Calling some of these people "representatives".. well.. it's as if you have to vomit the word out it's just so intensly inaccurate.
wow. enlightening viewpoint from the bottom.
