Soooooo... The liability of deciding to torture your contractors will impede future US military decisions. And if you report the illegal activities of the contractor you work for, the US military will hold you in a cell and torture the fuck out of you.

In the name of fiscal conservatism, we need to slash the military budget down to NOTHING. Make it so they can't even afford the bullets to put in their fucking guns.

What do you expect? It's the US government. Haven't quite caught up with today.. Sort of like how the US govt hasn't caught up with the internets..
