This is the telling phrase.
can pursue claims that they were tortured using Rumsfeld-approved methods after they alleged illegal activities by their company.
And they're only going to sue. Why not criminal charges?
Also prosecute those who carried out the torture, wasn't so long ago we were executing Germans for carrying out orders.
