Too much. Shit I have bought and resold over the years caught up with me as far as accounting and tax liabilities. 2010 was very bad for me as far as tax liabilities.

I agree, tax is so fucked up that sometimes it's unbelieveable. sometimes makes you wonder if they are just out to milk you and put you out of business from so many tax liabilities

What urks me is these fucking child tax credits. We are basically paying fat lazy women to sit on thier fat asses, pop out babies one after another and get a big fat check from the IRS every year for it. I don't think this is what Reagan intended when he started this shit back in the day. It was meant to help single moms get back on their feet. Instead it has turned into a way of life for millions of lazy people. If you pay federal taxes you too are paying these fat lazy women money to sit on thier fat ass all day long watching Oprah.

Sounds to me like you did it just about right.

If you had gotten a big refund check it would have meant that you overpaid through the year and the govt. had your money interest free.

I've gotten to where I pay LESS than I should on my quarterly taxes so that they don't get to have any of my money extra than they have to for any amount of time.

Actually Child Tax Credits are relief paid back based on taxes on items you incur while having children... taxes on stuff like school shit, food for them etc.

You mean welfare?

I Don't know how you guys are taxed in the US, but 15% on all the crap I have to buy for the kids adds the fuck up fast.

So for having a child you get a tax credit. For having a piece of commercial property I have to pay $9,000 school tax even though I don't have children. Sounds fair.
